Articlaire produces custom made seaglass artwork and other seaglass crafts. Trying to find new and unique ways to display and showcase seaglass.
Seaglass is a by product of man, it is a term given to any glass that has been tumbled in the sea to produce a frosted, rounded and tactile appearance. It is washed up on any beach from shipwrecks or waste discarded to the sea and is particularly predominant on the coastlines near former Bottleworks such as the Londonderry Bottleworks in Seaham. |

At Castle's Keepsakes, we design and create beautiful word art prints, cards and fridge magnets. Based in the Durham Dales, many of our designs are inspired by the countryside, cities and landmarks in our region. I also produce a huge range of dog breed designs.

39 - FOUR CATS TO FEED

Four Cats To Feed are okay, but shielding at present. The cats are all well and still getting their regular meals. We miss the Craft Fairs, and meeting up with everyone. We especially miss the Christmas Fairs (and the chance to do our Christmas shopping) and Brancepeth Castle is the one we really look forward to. Our ladies’ accessories include our popular fingerless gloves along with our cosy, recycled sweater mitts with fleece linings, bobble hats, fleece lined headbands and cowls. Children's wear includes Liberty print dresses with knitted bodices, reversible pinny dresses together with a range of jumpers for 3mths - 7yrs for both boys and girls.

Bobbinaround is based in Leeds, where I have been producing decorative textile products for many years following my degree in Textile design from Huddersfield University. I take inspiration from nature, whether it’s textures, shapes or colour, incorporating my love for textiles and specialise in experimenting with felting using wool fibres; creating collections of scarves, purses and wall art, all reflecting the versatility of wool fabrics and felt. I enjoy experimenting often wool fibres and are wet felted and stitched, and then felted again to achieve the desired effect and will use recycled and natural materials where possible, such as using vintage mohair scarves for my poppy purses.

Durham Wildlife Trust is a charity and was established in 1971. The Trust operates across the area of the old County Durham, which today includes Darlington, Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland. Durham Wildlife Trust is part of the federation of 46 charities across the U.K. that together form the Wildlife Trusts. Each individual Wildlife Trust is an independent organisation conserving wildlife in its local area. The Trusts are membership organisations with a strong volunteering tradition. Each Trust was originally founded by dedicated volunteers with a passion to conserve their local wildlife. Acting locally and making a difference nationally.

I always loved art and I worked for some years as a graphic designer then in 1995 I started my own business hand painting ceramics with a stall on Durham Indoor Market. After a few years I created a range of gifts including Mugs, Coasters, Candle Holders, Gift Tag, Bags & many other unique items that can be personalised & are printed from my original paintings. I also have a range of Christmas designs & I enjoy thinking up new ideas & products to make my work that little be different.

I love sewing with Liberty of London fabrics using Tana Lawn cotton, crepe de chine silk, fine 100% wool, Lantana (a cotton/wool mix) and jersey in both current and vintage designs. These fabrics all display the exquisite quality of Liberty prints. The scarves I make are in three designs - infinity loop, snoods (neck warmers) and popper fastening “mufflers” - depending on the fabric, something for every season.
